The room was exceptionally clean, modern, and spacious, with housekeeping servicing it daily. The bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable—despite my major back problems, I had an amazing sleep. The hotel’s location is excellent, just a short walk from Terminal 21 mall. Situated on a quiet road, it offers a peaceful stay without the noise of the bustling city. For local cuisine, there’s a restaurant right opposite the hotel, as well as an Indian restaurant nearby. The hotel also has convenient amenities, including an ATM, a washing machine and dryer service downstairs, and vending machines on-site. If the vending machine options don’t suit you, there’s a 7-Eleven just a short five-minute walk away. The train station is also within walking distance, making this hotel a perfect base for shopping and exploring the city. However, the breakfast is disappointing and lacks variety. I’d recommend skipping it and instead grabbing Starbucks at the end of the road or dining at the mall or nearby bars and restaurants.

Room service was efficient and well-maintained, ensuring a comfortable stay. One of the highlights was the breakfast spread, offering a wide variety of dishes, from Western options to authentic Thai cuisine—a great way to start the day! The security team was also fantastic—not only were they friendly, but they were also very helpful when getting in and out of vehicles/taxis, making the whole experience seamless. Overall, a very good experience, and I would definitely recommend this hotel for a pleasant and hassle-free stay in Bangkok.

The rooms are very comfortable, very well designed, very practical. The sofa, armchair and kitchen facilities are a real bonus over other hotel rooms. The bathroom was excellent (good pressure in a large shower etc). The location is excellent: close walking to the Asoke intersection (MRT & BTS), Terminal 21, Emporium etc. Soi 18 is a lovely shaded soi. The staff at the hotel were great, polite and friendly. Having a Coffee Club on the ground floor is also a bonus.

Great location and a lovely photo centred in a good position of Bangkok. When we arrived at the hotel we were greeted by the friendly reception team. Inside the room we also had free soft drinks that were included. The hotel rooftop pool and gym was a great addition to, the pool temperature was good and clean. The breakfast was also reasonable in the mornings…Would recommend this place

Brilliant location, central to lots. BTS Asok v close by (and MRT). Room great size and comfy enormous bed. We had two rooms for family of 5. One with extra bed. Didn’t manage to get interconnecting, would have liked that. Would recommend for location alone. Restaurants/bars on same street and massage places. 7/11 on corner. Even laundry machines on lower floor v reasonable.
